Day 394

Another day at work. Just another dull yet routine day. Imagine, i am doing  4 day week, and already i am all lost and eager for the weekend to start. Mom wasnt in town so i had to eat lunch at a nearby restaurant -- Gold Coins :)

Cheese Naan, Kashmiri Kofta, Papads, Sprite...aah what a life. Long live fatty food.

Came back home and surfed the net for a bit and once again i crashed in to the bed and slept for 2 odd hours.Woke up with a splitting headache.  There was no ways, i was going to sleep without finishing my blog. Today, somehow, i feel in a mood where i want to be in solitude. Maybe its one of those days which is equivalent of a woman saying "Its that time of the month for me."

And maybe that also explains, why i indulged in such a lunch today and i normally, dont eat like this, on a normal working day.

Well, that is how life is.

Hey, how could i forget to write about this movie that i saw last night ? Frozen. This one is not to be confused by a 2007 hindi movie of the same name(Which incidentally is on my to-see list). Its a movie where 2 guys and a girl, get stuck on a cable car on a ski resort with no one but snow for company. Though it was routine fare, 2 scenes in the movie totally freak you out. One was when one of the guys decides to jump of the cable car and the 2nd was when the girl wakes up next morning with her hand stuck on the railing of the car. A must watch movie, if only, for those 2 scenes. And a perfect movie to watch on a cold winter night.

Well, its time for me to wind up.

The ode for my loved one is as follows:-- This time its a bit too sad...but somehow it portrays whats going on in my mind :(... do read it....

Tears, idle tears, I know not what they mean,
Tears from the depth of some divine despair
Rise in the heart, and gather to the eyes,
In looking on the happy Autumn-fields,
And thinking of the days that are no more.

Fresh as the first beam glittering on a sail,
That brings our friends up from the underworld,
Sad as the last which reddens over one
That sinks with all we love below the verge;
So sad, so fresh, the days that are no more.

Ah, sad and strange as in dark summer dawns
The earliest pipe of half-awakened birds
To dying ears, when unto dying eyes
The casement slowly grows a glimmering square;
So sad, so strange, the days that are no more.

Dear as remembered kisses after death,
And sweet as those by hopeless fancy feigned
On lips that are for others; deep as love,
Deep as first love, and wild with all regret;
O Death in Life, the days that are no more!

Good night!!!
